A calendar. A calendar has 365 days where a clock has 12 hours on it... that's not even a full day. There is so much you can learn in 365 days and not just 12 hours. I think you receive the most valuable lessons over time.

New. You never know what is going to happen in the future. That's why it is so scary. Nobody can promise tomorrow I don't care who you are...you don't know whether you are going to wake up tomorrow. Music. Music can really bring out your emotions whatever it is. Everyone has a song that can make them smile. Whether it remind them of a special time, place, or person. Sometimes just singing a song at the top of your lungs can just put a smile on your face and make you feel better.
